Your plant arrives complete and ready to be planted on your wedding day. Follow planting instructions included with your kit.

Watering

Water when the top inch of soil feels dry — roughly once a week in spring and summer, every two weeks in autumn and winter. Less is more.

Light

Bright, indirect light is ideal for all our plants. Avoid direct afternoon sun, which can scorch the leaves. A few feet from a window is perfect.

Soil & Repotting

Your plant will be happy in its pot for 1–2 years. When roots begin to peek out of the drainage holes, move it up one pot size in spring.

Seasonal care

Growth naturally slows in winter — this is normal. Reduce watering and hold off on fertiliser until you see new leaves in spring.

A note on anniversaries

Many couples make watering together a small annual ritual. There's no rule — just whatever feels meaningful to you.

We want your plant to arrive in perfect condition, ready for its first day in your home.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. We ship Monday through Thursday to avoid plants sitting in transit over weekends.

Delivery

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Expedited 1–2 day options are available at checkout. All plants ship in climate-appropriate, eco-friendly packaging.

Arrival guarantee

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and contact us. We'll send a replacement, no questions asked.

Returns

Because plants are living things, we can't accept returns. However, if something isn't right, we'll always make it right — just reach out.

Wedding date orders

Planning ahead? Leave a note at checkout with your wedding date and we'll do our best to time delivery for the week before.

Do I need a green thumb?

Not at all. We've chosen plants specifically for their resilience. The Evergreen and The Sentinel are nearly impossible to kill — perfect for first-time plant parents.

What if I travel a lot?

All our plants tolerate the occasional missed watering. The Snake Plant (The Sentinel) can go weeks without water, making it ideal for frequent travellers.

Can I gift this to someone else's wedding?

Absolutely — it makes a beautiful and lasting wedding gift. Add a personal note at checkout and we'll include it with the plant.

How long will the plant live?

With basic care, all our plants can live for decades. The Monstera and Pothos are known to outlast furniture.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. We're working on expanding. If your country isn't listed, sign up for updates at checkout.

What's in the kit?

Each order includes the plant in a nursery pot, a care card with plant-specific instructions, and a small card explaining the watering ritual — ready to give or keep.
